Refund policy

Effective Immediately Due to Covid all sales are Final until further notice. This is an unfortunate decision and our job is to keep the health of our customers, team, family and friends safe. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers by our healthy team safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk. We want to thank you all for your understanding and continued support during these challenging times and pray that everyone stays healthy and safe. This goes for any previous purchases as well. In addition Sadity is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. If your package is not received due to incorrect address you will not be eligible for a refund. Once package is received it will be shipped out to you. Please note it can take a few days or a few weeks for usps to send your package back to us .
